We have a great quality Hanover Kitchen that was installed in 1988 with a laminate countertop. It was time to update things but did not want to lose our real wood cabinets. We had our cabinets painted by Paint Core Finishes in Mississauga, and new quartz countertop, backsplash and undermount sink from Countertop Pro.
Joyce Zang was great from our first meeting in 2025, all the way through to our moving forward with the project in April '26. Joyce listened, provided experienced guidance and took accurate measurements.
We along with other family and friends who have seen the completed work, all think the makeover is outstanding.

We are very satisfied and happy with the excellent customer service starting with Joyce, who was always quick to answer her phone and provide us with her knowledge to ease our concerns as our insurance claim, and subsequent contractors took an unusually long time to ready our kitchen for our custom quartz Countertop and backsplash to the awesome, professional, and quick installers. I absolutely love the countertop I purchased here. You would think it is marble. It is Quartz. The measurements and installations happened quickly. Joyce is a pleasure to work and I couldn’t be happier with the results of my kitchen. The countertops are the star of the show.

Perfect for DIYers, as Joyce was willing to just supply a countertop w kitchen sink installed. Every other shop would only quote a full kitchen reno. Turnaround from visiting the showroom to install was 2 weeks. I thought there was a surface defect with the counter but turns out I wasn't using the correct cleaning product - Joyce sent someone within 3 hrs of asking her about the issue and solved my concern immediately. Great service. Great product. Attention DIYers.

Joyce and her team were fantastic. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They had a large showroom with many different options to choose from. Joyce made the whole experience from selecting a countertop to installation a breeze. She is very punctual and reliable. The installation was seamless and professional. We had such a good experience with our first kitchen that we decided to do our second kitchen and bathrooms as well. We highly recommend Joyce and her team.

Just finished a kitchen reno with the countertops and backsplash installed by GTA Countertop Pro. Joyce was a pleasure to work with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, is seemingly always available (she replied to texts at 10:35 at night) and made great recommendations on material. Their pricing was extremely competitive. Then to top it off her installation crew was spectacular and fast. Just an all around excellent experience and I encourage you to work with Joyce and her team. After seeing them in action, my general contractor is going to start working with her on his upcoming projects. Double stamp of approval.

Joyce, the owner makes the choosing and installation of stone easy. She also has an eye for detail if you are indecisive. I shopped around with four other installers and although she was well priced, she wasn’t the least expensive. I chose her for the quality of work, the attention to detail and the fact that they do what they say when they say it.

Excellent experience here. We were looking for new kitchen countertops and a bathroom custom vanity. With Joy at the helm we received prompt responses to our request and the installer was exceptionally respectful and careful. We wanted to ensure the project got done quickly and efficiently and they worked through the evening to ensure all was perfect. Countertop Pro removed our existing laminate counter top and replaced it with a quartz one. The work was carried out seamlessly and very expertly. The installers were very helpful and courteous. Absolutely perfect. We looked at a bunch of suppliers and nothing really compared to CTP in regards to selection, pricing and service. Joyce and her staff were awesome in making sure everything was cut to size perfectly. The installation team were professional and efficient and went above and beyond. We could not be happier. We can't say enough good things about our experience with GTA Countertop Pro! When Joyce came in to give us our quote, I knew we would go with her for installation. She took detailed measurements and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. She was very responsive, solution-oriented, and professional throughout this process. If it weren't for our busy schedule, Joyce and her team would have finished everything in less than two weeks.
