Kitchen Countertops Toronto: Quartz, Granite, Porcelain & Custom Countertops

Kitchens we built at our Etobicoke shop and installed across Toronto and the GTA. Most of these were photographed on installation day.

Kitchen Countertops We’ve Fabricated & Installed

These are real kitchens we fabricated at our Etobicoke facility and installed in homes across Toronto and the GTA.

For the past two decades, we’ve focused on one thing — stone fabrication and countertop installation.

We’ve invested in our equipment, our crew, and our material selection, and built our experience one project at a time. Countertop fabrication and installation have become our specialty, our passion, and simply something we enjoy doing every day.

Over the past two decades, we’ve helped more than 100,000 families with their new stone countertops and kitchen upgrades.

The 50+ kitchens shown here are just a tiny sample of our work — not even 1% of the projects we’ve completed. Some jobs are big, some are small, but we give every project the same attention to detail.

Big job, small job — we do it all.

The Details Behind the Photos

Why Island Size Matters Before Choosing the Stone

We usually start with the island because it’s often the largest and most noticeable piece of stone in the kitchen. Its size, shape, and design can affect how we plan the rest of the slabs, especially when it comes to seams, veining, waterfall edges, or book matching.

Once we know how the island should look, we can work the rest of the kitchen around it.

Pay Attention to the Veining

This level of attention to detail comes from experience. It’s not just about cutting the stone and getting it installed.

In a larger kitchen, the perimeter, island, and full-height backsplash may need more than one slab. With quartz, the pattern is generally consistent from slab to slab. Natural stone is different — granite, marble, and quartzite can vary quite a bit, so the layout needs to be planned around the actual slabs, not just a small sample.

That’s where experience really shows.

Good Seam Planning Makes a Difference

Most kitchens will need a seam somewhere. The difference is in the planning. A good fabricator knows how to place it, so it blends into the kitchen instead of becoming the first thing you notice. It’s one of those details you may not think about when you look at a finished kitchen, but you’ll appreciate it every day.

That’s the kind of detail we pay attention to from the beginning.

Take a Look at the Edge

A mitered edge can give a countertop a much thicker, more substantial look. It takes more work to fabricate, so it costs more than a standard edge, and it’s not something every kitchen needs.

On an island, though, a well-made edge can make a big difference. It’s often one of those details that gives the whole kitchen a more finished, high-end look.

A Few Things You May Not Notice

Cabinets

Before the stone goes on, the cabinets need to be level, secure, and ready for the countertop. Once we’re on site, we check everything and make sure it’s properly prepared before we install the stone.

A good countertop starts with a good base underneath, and we’ll make sure that base is ready.

Access

Getting the stone into the home is part of the job too. A large countertop piece may look simple on the floor, but getting it through a condo elevator, narrow stairwell, or tight hallway can be a different story.

We look at access ahead of time and plan how the larger pieces will be handled, so installation day goes as smoothly as possible.

Timing

Countertops are usually one of the last steps in a kitchen. Once your cabinets are ready, we come in to take the final measurements. After that, for most kitchens, the whole process is usually around 1–2 weeks from final measurement to installation.

Knowing when we come in and how long it takes makes the rest of the kitchen much easier to plan.

Photos only go so far

A photo cannot show you how a slab reads across eight feet of island, or how much a colour shifts between a showroom light and your own kitchen window. Full slabs, edge samples you can run a hand along, and sink options are at the shop.

We are at 103 The East Mall, Unit 2, Etobicoke. Call 416-733-5555 before you come if you want a specific brand or colour pulled out for you.

Have a kitchen in mind?

Send us your kitchen photos, measurements, or cabinet plan. We’ll look at what you have, help you choose the right stone, and guide you through the process from slab selection to installation.

Getting a new countertop should be exciting — not stressful. We’ll help you through it and keep things as simple as we can.

Take a few photos from different angles, plus one showing the whole kitchen. This is usually all we need to give you a price range.

We will check whether the material, slab count, edge profile, cutouts, seams, removal and installation are being compared on the same terms.
