Quartz countertops are engineered from natural quartz crystals, combined with resin and pigments, then pressed and cured into durable slabs. Unlike natural stone, quartz offers consistent color and pattern from slab to slab, making it a popular choice for kitchen countertops, islands, vanities, and modern homes.
That consistency is one of the main reasons quartz countertops are so popular in Toronto and across the GTA. 01 / Islands with or without waterfall Edges
Seamless Mitered Waterfall Edges
A waterfall edge is created with a precise 45-degree miter cut, allowing the countertop to fold seamlessly over the edge and continue vertically down the side. With veined quartz, the slab is carefully laid out beforehand to ensure the veining flows naturally across the mitered joint and continues down the waterfall panel. Every cut is planned in advance to achieve a seamless, continuous look.

Full-height, tight to the upper cabinets or extended all the way to the ceiling.
We precisely measure every wall with our experienced crew, with cutouts for outlets and switches done in our shop. Every piece is carefully fabricated before it reaches your home.

How Much Do Quartz Countertops Cost in Toronto?
Quartz countertop pricing depends on the brand, colour, size, and project details. Things like waterfall ends, mitered edges, full-height backsplashes, cutouts, and seams can all change the price.

Does Quartz Need to Be Sealed?
No. Quartz is non-porous, so it doesn't need sealing. For everyday cleaning, soap and water are usually all you need. Simple, low-maintenance, and perfect for a busy kitchen.
Quartz or Granite — Which One Is Right for me?
Quartz offers a consistent pattern, no sealing, and a wide range of colours, including the popular Calacatta-style veining seen in many GTA kitchens. Granite is natural stone, so every slab is unique.

Is it a good idea to match the veining across the countertop and backsplash?
Yes and no. A good vein match can look amazing and give the countertop and backsplash a seamless, high-end feel.
But 100% matching isn't always the best choice. It can mean more material, more waste, higher cost, and sometimes extra seams. Some quartz patterns also simply aren't made to match perfectly.
We always look at the actual slab and layout to see what will look best, not just force a match for the sake of matching.
Which Quartz Brand Is Best?
We're certified fabricators for Cambria, Caesarstone, HanStone, and Vicostone, with dealer credentials for each. We also fabricate Silestone, LX Hausys Viatera, and other quartz brands available in Toronto.
Every brand has different colours, styles, price points, and applications, there's no single "best" brand for every project. Once we understand your style, expectations, and budget, we can recommend what makes the most sense.

What Is the Lead Time for a Quartz Countertop from Start to Finish?
Lead time from templating to installation depends on the material and project details. We'll confirm the schedule at templating so you can plan the rest of your trades around it.
